This is SameDay Co's Privacy Act 2020 policy, in plain English: what is collected, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated: July 2026.
What is collected
The Ad Check form collects four things: your name, your clinic name, your email address, and, if you add it, your clinic website or a link to an ad you're running. There's also a tick box for founding-clinic enquiries.
If you email us directly instead, that correspondence is kept too.
The site sets no tracking cookies today and runs no analytics. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Why
To write and deliver the Ad Check you asked for, and to reply to you. Nothing else: no marketing list, no follow-up sequence.
Where it is stored
The form tool and email service that store your details will be named on this page. That happens before the site takes its first live submission, not after.
Never sold or shared
Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. The review itself stays confidential, between you and SameDay Co.
Retention and deletion
Kept only as long as it takes to deliver the review and answer any follow-up. Ask by email and it is deleted within one working day.
