Proof
Proof of method (the honest version)
SameDay Co is new, and I will not pretend otherwise: no invented logos, no stock-photo "team", no testimonials I do not have. What I can prove today is method: that I know the rules, know the market, have the delivery system already built, and have eight clinic ad accounts I personally managed published with every figure I hold and the gaps named. Here is that proof, and a founder's deal that prices the newness fairly.
Published accounts
Results, published with their source attached.
Eight clinic ad accounts I personally managed are published in full: the spend, the leads, the qualified leads, the patients and the cost of each. None of them ran in New Zealand. The first New Zealand result publishes to the same standard, and until it can be evidenced its slot stays visibly empty. That is the same standard applied to your reporting.

The research.
I reviewed the live NZ chiropractic ads findable in Meta's Ad Library and Google's Ads Transparency Centre, scanned 18 and 19 July 2026. Findings: about 15 clinics advertise on Meta, and a floor of about 12 have ever run Google Ads, against an estimated 250 to 400 clinics nationally (a Healthpoint directory floor of about 150, with the upper bound not independently verified). Most run no paid ads at all. Across the 362 Meta ad instances in that export, the ACC angle appears exactly zero times, and it is the one message tied to a funding path the patient can already use. Where clinics do advertise, compliance is unmanaged: expertise and outcome wording the Board's standards restrict comes up repeatedly, and about a third of the advertisers found (5 of roughly 15) led with a discounted first visit against a "usually $X" anchor, with no basis for that usual price shown in the ad itself. Both counts are floors rather than a census, and the Google one is all-time rather than current. That is the chiropractic scan, the vertical I have taken furthest; dental and medspa clinics get the same market read before a dollar of theirs runs. The full pattern breakdown is in your Ad Check.

The playbook, in the open.
The first 30 days of any engagement, published: access and fact-finding in days 1 to 3, build and written approval in days 4 to 7, tracked launch in days 8 to 10, then the weekly cadence. If an agency will not show you its process before you pay, ask why.

The founder's deal.
The first three clinics get the Launch Sprint free and a founding rate. In return: permission to publish your real results with the clinic anonymised. The rules you advertise under restrict testimonials; this is not that: it is my B2B case study, with your name protected. That trade is how a new agency earns its next decade honestly.
