For NZ medspa and aesthetics clinics

Everything that fills a medspa calendar, built to NZ rules

Medical aesthetics has the most tangled advertising rules of the three, and no single board to point to. That is precisely why every one of the five services is built compliance-first here.

No lock-in · You own every account · Written approval before anything runs

Compliance-first

No single board. That is exactly the risk.

Medical aesthetics answers to no single board. Your advertising sits under the ASA Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code, Medsafe and the Medicines Act for anything injectable or prescription, and your own clinician's council. Mapping which of those touch each ad is the first thing I do for your clinic, before a single one runs.

Medical aesthetics has no single regulator, and that is exactly the risk. Advertising is governed by the ASA's Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code; prescription and injectable treatments fall under Medsafe and the Medicines Act; and the treating clinician answers to their own professional council. This is the kind of layered rulebook that gets clinics into trouble, and precisely what the compliance layer is built for.

The full compliance layer is included, never an upsell: written approval before anything runs, a claims register behind every statement, comment moderation, and zero testimonials.

Your authorities

The overlapping rulebook

  • the ASA Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code
  • Medsafe and the Medicines Act, for injectable and prescription treatments
  • the treating clinician's own council (the Medical Council or the Nursing Council)
  • the Fair Trading Act

The Full-Calendar System

The system that fills the calendar.

One system, four stages, the same for every clinic. Compliance is the spine, not a layer bolted on at the end.

01

Attract

Compliant demand, not boosted noise.

Google Search and Meta ads written from a claims register, where every statement carries its evidence. Factual angles only: convenience (hours, booking, parking), patient education, and any genuine funding path a patient can use (like ACC, where your profession and service qualify). No testimonials, no outcome promises, no wording the rules would make you substantiate.

02

Book

Measured to the booked visit, not the click.

Google traffic lands on a tracked booking page; Meta runs compliant instant forms that never ask a health question. The number that runs the relationship is cost per booked first appointment, counted at your front desk, not platform-reported leads.

03

Show

The booking is not the win. The visit is.

Confirmations and reminders run inside your own booking system, and no-shows are tracked, so spend is judged on patients who actually arrive, not names on a form.

04

Grow

On the roadmap

Partly built. The rest named honestly.

Recall and reactivation now run inside the automation service, on templates you approve first. What is still on the roadmap is the funding-to-plan journey: turning a first funded visit into a considered care plan. When it is ready it will be priced and named as its own thing, never slipped in silently.

One number runs it all

Cost per booked first appointment.

The five services

All five, checked against the ASA code, Medsafe and your clinician's own council before anything goes live.

Your market, not a template

The research, run on your market first.

To verify before launch

I have not yet run the ad-library scan for New Zealand medical aesthetics the way I have for chiropractic. [Placeholder: medspa market findings to verify before launch.] Your free Ad Check runs it on your clinic first. Given how many rules touch a single injectables ad, that review is worth having before you spend a dollar.

Honest fit

Right for some clinics. Wrong for others.

A good fit

A good fit: an owner-operated clinic that wants more qualified enquiries, has clinician capacity to see them, and can commit at least $1,000 a month across fees and ad spend.

Not a fit

Not a fit, and I will say so on day one: clinics chasing discount-led injectable promotions (the rules and I both say no), those already well served by an agency, or anyone who wants a guarantee of patient numbers.

Kill-criteria

Before launch we agree what a booked visit may cost before the ads stop deserving your money. If 90 properly funded days cannot beat that ceiling, I recommend stopping, in writing. You should fire ads that do not work, even mine.

The guarantee

I guarantee what I control. Nothing I do not.

  1. 01

A compliant build, or I fix it at my cost.

Every ad is built to your profession's advertising rules from the first word. If something I wrote cannot be substantiated the way the rules require, I correct it at my own cost, not yours.

  2. 02

    No lock-in.

30-day notice, no exit fees. You own your ad accounts, pixels and every asset from day one. If you leave, you leave with everything.

  3. 03

    Kill-criteria transparency.

Agreed cost-per-enquiry ceilings are written into the agreement. If 90 days of properly funded delivery cannot beat them, I say so in writing and recommend stopping, before you have to ask.

Never guaranteed: patient numbers, revenue, or return on investment.

Your profession's rules ban you from promising patients an outcome, and the same honesty applies to me. Anyone guaranteeing you a set number of new patients is either pricing that risk into a fee you are overpaying, or planning to miss. I guarantee what I control: that your ads stay inside the rules, that you own every account, and that you can leave in 30 days.

Straight answers

Every objection, answered in writing.
